Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is defective or not functioning as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is missing accessories or components

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Free of physical damage caused by misuse


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used earbuds/headsets

  • Opened personal care electronics

  • Items damaged by user mishandling

  • Products without original packaging


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

If an item is defective, we can offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
If unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • Refund

  • Exchange for a similar product (price adjustments apply)


Warranty Claims

Some products include a manufacturer or store warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications

  • Normal wear and tear


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships.
Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may require a return request.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • The responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
